We recruit a pool of experienced employees who are prescreened, interviewed and tested for proficiency. These healthcare professionals are ready to fill your open positions and “hit the ground running”. Our Staffing employees are full time employees of Medical Recovery Systems who work at client sites on assignments ranging from several weeks to an indefinite length. These employees work in patient accounting, registration, referral labs, physician office practices, home health and more. When clients utilize our staffing services, we help them choose the type of employee who best fits the job.
Staffing Models:
- Long Term or Permanent Contracted Assignments – 6 months or greater
- Short Term Assignments – 6 weeks to 6 months
- Temporary to Permanent Assignments – may be transferred to client’s payroll at any time
